ReplyDeleteI guess the story I imagine is of two sisters waiting for the 'storm' (how original am I?) The younger one is scared and the older one is comforting her. However, the one being comforted is not as worried as the one who doesn't have someone to comfort her. So the oldest looks out of her painting, asking you, the spectator, to help and comfort her. I think I would have titled it "Help is on the way" so as to not leave me feeling like I have to help but can't do anything about it. lol. Love you Azie!
Very insightful Palmyra. It does seem that she is reaching out to the viewer for help. I like your title - very nurturing and reassuring.
